TRADITIONAL OVEN

Set the oven to static mode

Preheat to 220 degrees Celsius (428 degrees Fahrenheit)

Remove the pizza from the packaging

Cook the pizza for 7 minutes

On the way out: a drizzle of raw oil and a bit of basil!

PROFESSIONAL OVEN

Preheat to 220 degrees Celsius (428 degrees Fahrenheit)

Bring humidity to 50% (or valve half open)
-
Remove the pizza from the packaging
-
Cook the pizza for 4 minutes

On the way out: a drizzle of raw oil and a bit of basil!

Vesux Concept Food was born in 2019 in Casoria, in the province of Naples, with a cutting-edge venue where you can enjoy excellent contemporary pizzas, as well as grills and hamburgers.
Contemporary pizza is the flagship of the company, which carries out in-depth research on dough and cooking techniques.
Thanks to this research, the Contemporary Neapolitan Pizza "Frozen" was born, an innovative product. In-depth studies were conducted on the dough and the leavening and maturation processes to obtain a product of the highest quality.
The result was surprising: the company thought that finally Neapolitan pizza, one of the most famous in the world, could be reproduced everywhere without losing its authentic taste.
From this idea the new division was born:
